Description
The pipes of the ProLine series are a high-quality and unique alternative to conventional steel pipes. They are high-strength, high-impact threaded PVC pipes commonly used as riser or column pipes for submersible pumps. ProLine riser pipes are an excellent alternative to galvanised or stainless steel pipes, as they are 100% corrosion-resistant and bacteria-free. With 100% tight and watertight joints, the ProLine series is the ideal solution for borehole wells and deep submersible pumping. The pipes are installed between the pump at the bottom of a well and the surface and can be assembled easily without complicated installation tools. ProLine riser pipes differ from other pipes on the market through their exclusive screw-locking system: the screw lock prevents pipe joints from opening and serves as an additional safety feature. Additional sealing inside the coupling is achieved through a permanent-locking technology that prevents leakage, controls vibration and helps avoid over-tightening. The ProLine is lightweight without compromising on strength, features biaxial orientation and has an increased, perfectly aligned wall thickness, resulting in a stronger, stress-free pipe.
